THC - Tetrahydrocannabinol
Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), or more precisely its main isomer -trans-Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol, is the most known cannabinoid of the medical cannabis plant.
THC was first isolated in 1964 by Israeli scientists Prof. Raghael Mechoulam and Dr. Yechiel Gaoni at The Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel.
Tetrahydrocannabinol is the main psychoactive component of the plant, it has an analgesic effects, Anti-nausea effects and known as an appetite stimulator.
